Oct 18, · Hello. Ever since the latest lollipop update, I keep getting the following message from 'download manager' "download size requires WI-FI" when it is attempting to update apps. Dec 15, · However, this is the problem I am having, I am trying to download Facebook for Android and the Weather Channel app Both are around megs in size (easy enough for LTE which has 10 MB down eh?), and yet both of the programs stat that the Download Size Requires Wi-Fi. Is there a way to override this? N.M. It seems that no matter what connection you use you're constantly impeded by the strange WiFi-only limitation for downloads, whether it be the browser or within an app, you can't seem to download.

Ever since the latest lollipop update, I keep getting the following message from 'download manager' Not sure what e-mail app you are using, but some have setting that will not allow download size requires wifi android to send attachments unless on WiFi, and some may have attachment size limits as well. Would go through all the settings of your e-mail app to see if something may be hiding in there.
